Shared videos and your name

When you continue to a shared video, MP Desk records the name you confirm, played sections, resume position and viewing times. The partner who shared the video receives a notification when playback starts and can see your viewing progress. These customer and prospect records are available only to that partner and the site owner, not their sponsors or uplines.

If you choose to remember your name, an optional browser cookie fills it in for videos from the same partner for up to 30 days. Without that option, the viewing cookie lasts for the browser session. A personal video link may also contain a prefilled recipient name. You can correct the name before watching or choose “Not you?” on a shared device. MP Desk does not use IP addresses or device fingerprinting to identify viewers.

Names and playback activity do not prove someone’s identity or attention. Ask the partner who shared the link to correct, export or remove your viewing records. Turning off a sharing link stops future access but does not delete viewing history. Only share content with an audience you have permission to share it with.

Hair consultation

Your quiz answers, name and optional contact details are stored in your market partner’s private customer database. Their sponsors and uplines see customer totals only. The site owner can access records for administration. Contact the partner who sent your quiz to correct, export or remove these records.

Onboarding calls

Onboarding schedules store offered times, bookings, optional notes, and call instructions. Your direct sponsor sees your booking with them. Call details are available to the two participants and the site owner for administration; other partners cannot view them. Booking and cancellation notices appear inside MP Desk.

Account availability

MP Desk records when signed-in accounts are active, using brief check-ins while the site is visible and recently used. The site owner can see current availability, last-seen times, and recent visits for administration. This presence log does not include pages, messages, clicks, IP addresses, or device details. Recent visits cover the last 30 days; older entries are periodically removed. Presence is approximate and does not prove attention.

Storage and playback

Records and uploaded videos use MP Desk’s hosting and storage services. Viewing history is retained until removed by the operator, including when a video is archived. YouTube videos connect to YouTube only after you choose to load the player. This website does not record your camera, microphone, screen or keystrokes.

MP Desk is an independent team workspace. Sharing a video or completing a quiz does not create a partner account, enroll you with MONAT or confirm a purchase.
